I’m giving it a 6/10. I would go higher but I don’t “get” those floraly thingies hanging down on either side from the waist. Is it trying to go Fancy Dress or is it a ballgown? Take away those floral things, add a jet necklace and bracelet and the rating goes up to a 9/10.
