It looks to me as if the actual dress has slipped off the bust of the mannequin. I can see what looks like bodice curves under that ridiculous feather trim. IF the trim is actually supposed to be where gray meets beige on the mannequin, and if I could rip off those feathers easily, I’d quite like this dress. The thing is, if the skirt is so heavy it pulls the dress off a dummy, it would pull it off me, too.
