I love this dress so much. I am going to make it starting with Kwik Sew 3856 as a base. I’ll probably use Burda 5/2011 #122a for the drape on the top of the skirt.
Fabulous! I hope it turns out well! I’d suggest that the original dress probably has a fairly structured strapless under-base that the rest is draped over, so you might have more success going that route rather than something loose like 3856.
