You may remember that I had an epic computer crash in January – one that took not just my hard-drive, but some of my backup drive (and, thanks to the great-Christmas-lack-of-internet-of 2016, I didn’t back up to the cloud)
One of the things that was lost was my original photoshoot with the Scroop Fantail skirt, taken with the fabulous Theresa (one of the brilliant minds behind The Plus Ones).
I have only four photos from the day – all poor quality out-takes that were uploaded on to FB before the crash. But I thought you might like to see them, just for the fun of it!
It was a very windy day (as you can probably tell by the hat-clutching) and after the photoshoot, while still in outfit, we went down to the CBD and got Tommy Millions pizza, and, because it’s Wellington and people are too cool for that, not too many weird looks!
Look what’s all over the wrapping paper behind me? Fantails!
Ah the missing photos, sort of like the Pink and White Terraces!
*sobs*
We’ll just have to re-do it next time I’m in Wellington.
Such a pity!
I really like these photos, but it’s a pity that none of them show the skirts from *behind*, which is the best part of the fantail design! Ah, well.
I was saving those until the pattern actually launched, to not give too much away! 🙁
Lovely photos. It’s such a shame the rest were lost.
